Miss Evelyn Ama Denchern is an Administrative and Finance Specialist who has worked with corporate organizations over the last 6 years. She has served as a Fund Manager to Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) Mutual Fund and as finance Manager in a number of industries such as construction, Mining and agribusiness Sectors.

Miss Evelyn Ama Denchern was the Programmes coordinator of The Skills Development Fund (SDF) of COTVET funded to implement Agri-Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development Project aimed at strengthening and expanding Agri-Impact’s activities and enhancing productivity and profitability of producers and aggregators within the horticultural value chain. Through this project, she has interacted and worked with farmer based and Development Organizations, Agro-input Suppliers, Agro-processors, Supermarkets and Agribusiness Platforms in Ghana.

She provided technical support in studies, research and assessments such as the Yam Market Penetration Study(Ghana) funded by Ghana Export Promotion Authority and Development of Business Plans out of the Technology (ex‐ante) Assessment and Farm Household Segmentation for Inclusive Poverty Reduction and Sustainable Growth in Agriculture (TIGA) research funded by FARA. And she is quiet conversant with USAID funded projects in terms of proposal writing, budgeting, implementation and reporting.

She is currently the Programmes Manager for Agri-Impact Consult coordinating projects and programs such as Entrepreneurship for commercial seed Incubation Business (ECoSIB) funded by USAID, Productivity Enhancement for Vegetable Value-Chain Actors (PEVVA) funded by GhanaVeg, Development and Promotion of Orange Fleshed Sweet Potato (OFSP) funded by USAID, Promoting the use of Simplified & Low cost Bamboo Greenhouse Structures funded by Skills development fund (SDF) and Agri-impact Entrepreneurship and Technology Institute (AETI).

She manages portfolio of consultancies, projects and resources; coordinates and communicates with major clients including the Forum for Agricultural Research in Africa (FARA), New Partnership for Africa’s Development (NEPAD), AGRA, IFDC-GhanaVeg, Skills Development Fund (SDF), Multinational Companies and international development organizations.

Additionally, Evelyn manages the firm’s finances and ensures compliance to administrative procedures and policies. She manages and maintains the networks of the organisation, maintains and improves the corporate images as well as marketing Agri-impact’s services.

Evelyn holds a Bachelor of Management Studies from University of Cape Coast and currently undertaking MBA Accounting and Finance from University of Professional Studies.
